Why train on an elliptical?

There are plenty of benefits when training with an elliptical, but one of the most important factors is the lack of impact.  Studies have shown that training on an elliptical is the equivalent to jogging, but minus the wear and tear on your joints.   Exercises such as jogging or running can put a great deal of stress on your back and other joints.  A lot of certified fitness experts recommend training on ellipticals for people who suffer from physical ailments such bad joints or arthritis.  Training on elliptical also burns more calories than a treadmill or exercise bike. Once you have completed your workout, it will feel more like a brisk walk even though you exerted as much effort as a high-quality run.  Some will say that training on an elliptical is as close as you can get to a perfect exercise.  When you invest in an elliptical, you will be able to get gym quality training right in the comfort of you own home for years to come.  Check out some of the elliticals we have listed below, but always do your homework before you purchase.
